Terms and conditions

These Terms govern your use of liquidationspalletdeals.com and any purchase from Liquidation Pallet Deals ("LPD," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We provide this site and sell to buyers located in the United States only.

Accounts

An account is not required — you may check out as a guest. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are Wire Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Chime. We do not process credit cards on the site. Full payment is required before an order is processed or shipped. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and verified; you'll receive confirmation by email.

Pricing & Order Acceptance

Product prices are listed per pallet or lot; freight is additional and quoted separately (see Shipping Policy). We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or inventory shortages. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Products Are Sold As-Is

All merchandise is liquidation freight sold as is, where is. We make no guarantees about exact contents, uniform condition, resale value, or fitness for any specific resale channel, beyond what the listing states. Placing an order confirms you understand and accept the nature of liquidation inventory.

Title & Risk of Loss

• Shipped orders: title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed to the carrier at our Jacksonville facility.
• Pickup orders: title and risk of loss pass to you when you take possession at our dock.

Pickup & Removal

Pickup orders must be removed within 5 business days of being marked ready. Pallets left past that window incur a storage charge of $25 per pallet, per day, plus a 10% restocking fee, as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All claims, refunds, and limited protection are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Warranty Policy, incorporated here by reference. The claim window is 30 days from delivery or pickup.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LPD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or losses tied to resale. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. The claim process in our Refund & Return Policy is your exclusive remedy.

Intellectual Property

The site, listings, photos, and design are owned by or licensed to LPD and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except as needed to evaluate a purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
