Shipping Policy
This page explains how Liquidation Pallet Deals ships pallets and truckloads, how long it takes, and what to do when freight arrives.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Freight Cost
Freight is quoted by LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier based on your delivery address, pallet count, and weight. You will see or receive your total freight cost before any payment is due — there are no surprise charges after you pay. We don't show live LTL rates at checkout. After you place your order, we email you a freight quote and payment instructions, so you see the total before paying. Local dock pickup in Jacksonville is always free.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and staged for the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment clears. We don't ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You'll get a confirmation when your pallet is staged.
Transit Time
After pickup, LTL delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. These are estimates; weather, congestion, and terminal delays can affect them.
Carriers & Tracking
We select an LTL carrier per shipment based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and send a tracking number once your shipment is in transit.
Curbside Delivery
Every pallet is delivered curbside — the carrier brings freight to the most accessible point at your address (driveway end or in front of the building). You are responsible for any equipment or labor to move it inside (pallet jack, forklift, or extra hands). Plan this before delivery day.
Coordinating Delivery
The carrier usually calls or texts 24–48 hours before arrival to set a window. Please be reachable and available to receive the pallet.
Inspect on Arrival
Before signing the delivery receipt, walk around the pallet. Check for crushed corners, torn shrink wrap, leaks, or missing boxes. Note any damage on the bill of lading before you sign, then photograph it and contact us within the 30-day claim window (see Refund & Return Policy). Title and risk of loss pass to you at carrier pickup, so prompt notes with the driver protect your carrier claim.
Missed Deliveries & Address Accuracy
Be available during your scheduled window so the carrier can deliver on the first attempt; if a delivery is missed, contact us to coordinate redelivery. The address you provide at checkout is the address we ship to double-check it, as a wrong or undeliverable address can delay or return your order.
