We don't process credit cards on the site; payment is by Wire Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Chime. After you submit your order, we reply with your LTL freight quote and payment instructions, and full payment is required before we ship. If goods are being shipped to a residential address, your truck will be equipped with a liftgate and a receiving dock is not needed. For commercial addresses, if you do not have a receiving dock, please say so in the order note and we will invoice accordingly. Not all trucks to commercial addresses are equipped with a liftgate. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete delivery or additional fees at your expense. We appreciate your compliance.
All merchandise is neatly folded and placed in Gaylords (on wood pallets) or in cartons. All Gaylords will be plastic wrapped to preserve goods. We pack as carefully as possible to maximize your recovery.
Merchandise sold by Liquidation Pallet Deals is not covered under any manufacturer, retailer, or reseller guarantee or warranty — you're purchasing goods "as is, where is." We do honor a 30-day claim window for documented shortages, damage in transit, or pallets substantively misrepresented in the Listing. To file a claim, email info@liquidationspalletdeals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video evidence; resolution is at our discretion and may be a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. No restocking fee is charged on approved claims. Outside that window, all sales are final.
Currently, we do not offer inspection before purchase. Once listed on the website, all pallets are packaged and plastic wrapped for shipment or pickup.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier at our Jacksonville dock (or when you take possession for pickup orders). The delivering carrier is responsible for loss or damage that happens in transit. If your pallet arrives damaged, note it on the bill of lading before the driver leaves, photograph it, and email us within the 30-day claim window — we'll help you file the carrier claim and provide our packing documentation and dock load photos. Damage that occurs after delivery is the buyer's responsibility. See our Refund & Return Policy for full claim details.
PSTs (also known as Seasonal Shelf Pulls) are First Quality, new inventory pulled from retail stores at the end of a season. Retail stores rotate their inventory seasonally and previous inventory is removed to make room for the new season's items. PSTs are primarily comprised of First Quality items, but occasionally contain slight damage from increased handling.
Many famous brands enforce the marking of their main labels with an indelible marker to identify that the item was not purchased directly through their primary retail channels. This is necessary for the brands to control unauthorized returns to their retail stores.
Retail-ready merchandise that is free of any defects and has not been in a retail store.
Previous inventory that was never sold directly to the consumer online or at a retail store. Shelf pulls are new but can sometimes show light signs of handling.
Merchandise returned by the consumer per the retailer's return policy. Liberal return policies from famous brands create a wide range of qualities that are returned. There may also be nothing wrong with the item.
Merchandise is slightly off size specifications or includes fabric shading, needle lines, and fabric slubs.
Goods with minor damages that are usually repairable.
